Refund & Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Customers can return their product within twenty-four (24) hours from receiving the order under the condition that the product is damaged or unusable. In such cases, we will evaluate each case separately, please contact us to evaluate the situation and we will process accordingly. 

CANCELLATION

Customers can cancel their order within Twelve (12) hours from placing the order. Refund(s) will be done only through the original mode of payment and will exclude any extra fee(s) or charge(s).

EXCHANGE POLICY

Subject to the below conditions, our policy allows to exchange on delivered products purchased by you back to us for any reason up to Three (3) days after submission of your Order, noting that you will be liable for delivery and return charges. Exchange will be done only through the original mode of payment and will exclude any extra fee(s) or charge(s) such as but not limited to delivery fees.

In order to meet the qualification for a Exchange, all items purchased must be returned to us within Three (3) days as of the Order purchase date and must be:

  • Unused, without any damage, unaltered/unchanged and in full sell-able condition with the tags/labels/instructions still attached as is; and
  • In original condition with original package(s) as received with all brand and product labels.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on customized items.
