SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver products to all locations within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and worldwide, the Middle East North Africa (MENA) and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) regions, Europe, UK, United States and Canada and countries in Asia and Africa. Delivery and shipping will be handled by a third-party courier. The preferred shipping partner for international shipping is DHL. 

For delivery within the UAE, delivery will be done within one (2) to three (3) working days and other countries, within four (4) to ten (10) working days. Delivery charges will be outlined on the checkout page, subject to the country and location. To avoid any delays in delivery, please outline your full and complete address along with accurate contact details.

Local Taxes and local customs or clearance charges might apply to your shipment depending on your location. This is paid by the customer.
